When you walked through the laundry room you entered another room that had two steps leading to a door to exit to the backyard. The light for this backroom and the steps to this exit was inoperable at the time of the exit posing a safety issue.Rooms, hallways, interior stairways, outside steps, outside doorways, porches, ramps and fire escapes, that are used by individuals shall be lighted to assure safety and to avoid accidents.The light bulbs in the laundry room and in the area outside the laundry room have been replaced. The October 2024 Medication Administration Record (MAR) completed for Individual #1 indicates the time of administration to be 8am. The MAR notes that the AM dose on 10/29/24 was administered. The package in use at time of inspection was dated as filled on 10/14/24. The package for the medication is labeled by week and day of the week. The medication is to be administered according to both week and day per manufacturer instructions that the pills are to be taken "in the order directed on the package." The inspection occurred on the afternoon of Tuesday, October 29th. The last pill popped from the manufacturer package was from the slot assigned to Thursday. The medication is not being administered according to manufacturer instruction or as prescribed.A prescription medication shall be administered as prescribed.A medication error was entered into Enterprise Incident Management ID 9510767. The host family gave the medication from the wrong day (Thursday instead of Tuesday). Corrective Action was entered into EIM-individual feedback/training provided to employee.
