At 12:16 PM on 2/11/26, unlocked and accessible underneath the kitchen sink were the following poisonous materials: a 32 fluid-ounce spray bottle of Kaboom Oxi-Clean Shower, Tub, and Tile Cleaner; a one-quart spray bottle of Clorox Clean-Up Cleaner with Bleach; a one-gallon jug of Lite'n Foamy Lemon Hand Sanitizer with directions to call Poison Control if absorbed or ingested; and a 1.31-pound can of Comet Deodorizing Cleanser. In addition, at 12:18 PM, unlocked and accessible underneath the home's only full bathroom sink were the following poisonous materials: a one-quart spray bottle of Clorox Disinfectant Cleaner with Bleach; and a one-pound, five-ounce spray bottle of Spray Pak Disinfectant Cleaner. | The home shall implement the individual plan, including revisions. | The program specialist for Individual #2 emailed the Supports Coordinator on 2-17-26 to request that the safety precaution section and general health and safety risks section of the ISP be updated to match the current assessment regarding safety around poisonous substances. |
