On 4/17/25, the Team Facilitator sent an email requesting the Director of Maintenance to follow up with the landlord to address the concerns raised during licensing. On 5/6/25, the Director of Maintenance emailed the landlord a request to address the areas of non-compliance. The landlord plans to get the repairs done by 5/16/25 (See attachments #75-76 and 85) |
