There were two concrete steps that lead to a flat concrete landing in the yard, and then two more steps into the grass that did not have a railing to access when exiting the home. It was approximately 26-inch drop from the door of the home to the concrete landing. According to Client Finance Reports Individual #1 was given person cash to have in their possession to which Individual #1 signed their name for receiving the cash.
