6400.105Individual #2's electrical-powered, 10-Liter Oxygen Concentrator Machine with non-flammable warning signs affixed to its front was four inches below the wall mounted furnace system in the utility closed in Individual #2's bedroom. In addition, there was an oxygen tank just outside the door of this utility closet.Flammable and combustible supplies and equipment shall be utilized safely and stored away from heat sources. The concentrator machine was moved to the staff office upstairs the day of inspection, 2-10-26. The extra tanks of oxygen were also placed in Individual #2's other closet in her bedroom on 2-10-26. The Site Supervisor made a sign for the closet door with the furnace in it that says, "Do not put anything in this closet. All oxygen belongs in her other closet".
