| 6400.141(c)(6) | Individual #1, date of admission 8/14/2017 had an initial Tuberculin skin testing completed on 1/15/18. | The physical examination shall include: Tuberculin skin testing by Mantoux method with negative results every 2 years for individuals 1 year of age or older; or, if tuberculin skin test is positive, an initial chest x-ray with results noted. | Valley Community Services (VCS) has reworked its admission packet to ensure all required documentation, including a Tuberculin skin testing by Mantoux method was completed within the past 12 months prior to admission. An admission packet is presented for review. To ensure no further infractions occur, directions require all admissions must be approved by the Director of Quality Assurance and Training prior to determining the person¿s move in date. A copy of the completed packet, admission date, and the Tuberculin skin testing by Mantoux will be submitted for review upon VCS next admission, which is anticipated prior to August 31, 2019.[Within 30 days of receipt of the plan of correction, the CEO or designee shall develop and implement a tracking system to ensure all individuals have tuberculin testing completed, timely.
