However, Individual #1's assessment explained that that they can self-administer medication after initial guidance from the caregiver but requires total assistance with understanding the purpose of their medication; and regarding water safety, Individual #1's Individual Support Plan provided that Individual #1 can regulate their own water temperature and that they enjoy swimming, but require visual supervision around large bodies of water, leaving their actual swimming abilities unaddressed.
