This exceeds the every 2-year requirement. | Tuberculin skin testing by Mantoux method with negative results every 2 years for individuals 1 year of age or older; or, if a tuberculin skin test is positive, an initial chest x-ray with results noted. | UCIP will keep a medical appointment tracker that will be completed by the Program Specialist as medical appointment forms are reviewed. This medication tracker will be reviewed by the manager of each department monthly to ensure that Tuberculin skin testing by Mantoux method with negative results every 2 years for individuals 1 year of age or older; or, if a tuberculin skin test is positive, an initial chest x-ray with results noted are completed. Upon review the manager will remind the Program Specialist of upcoming appointments based on ODP regulatory requirements as an added safeguard. |
