6400.74The interior stairs from the first floor living room to the upstirs were wooden and did not have a non-skid surface.Interior stairs and outside steps shall have a nonskid surface. Attachment #6 shows that anti-skid strips were placed on the stairs. This is a temporary fix as on 9/2/20 a carpet runner is being installed. 6400.68(b)The water temperature in the house is 122.8'F. Hot water temperatures in bathtubs and showers may not exceed 120°F. The temperature was lowered and tracked from 5/10/18 n- 5/16/18. The temperature has remained consistent. Due to the temperature dial not having demarcations for different temperatures, a hash mark was made on the dial so we know where it needs to be set to meet regulations. Temperatures will continue to be monitored monthly per our monthly site inspections. Attachment #8. 05/10/2018 Implemented
