| 6500.107(a) | On 2/15/2023 the smoke detector in the attic of the home was not operational. | A home shall have a minimum of one operable automatic smoke detector provided on each floor, including the basement and attic. | February 15, 2023; the attic smoke detector was replaced immediately. The Life Sharing Provider purchased a new detector and installed it in the stairway of the attic where it is accessible. The Life Sharing Provider tested the detector two times to insure it was operable. A video recording was sent to Life Sharing Manager and Program Specialist with audio demonstrating functionality.
All other smoke detectors used in the home were checked for functionality and were in good repair. |
