| 6400.77(b) | At the inspection, the first aid kit did not include antiseptic. | A first aid kit shall contain antiseptic, an assortment of adhesive bandages, sterile gauze pads, a thermometer, tweezers, tape, scissors and syrup of Ipecac, if an individual 4 years of age or younger, or an individual likely to ingest poisons, is served. | This was corrected during the inspection. The management has been instructed to keep all required items in the first aid kit at all times. The program director will make periodic inspections to ensure compliance with this and all physical site regulations. |
