The controlled log sheet for Individual #2 count shows there should be 4 tablets remaining, the blister pack has 5 tablets remaining. | Documentation error- 30 pills were delivered, staff wrote 29 as the quantity causing the count on the controlled drugs log and the blister pack count to differ. A retraining was completed with the staff team on completing daily MAR & medication checks. |
