At the time of the inspection 8/9/24 (Friday), Individual #1 was on pack 2 of 3, row three of the pack, and their medication/pill for Friday administration remained in the pack. Individual #1 stated that they had already taken their medication for the day (Friday). Due to the specific days being labeled on the medication package it appears as though the medication was not administered as prescribed. | A prescription medication shall be administered as prescribed. | Lifesharer will assist the individual with completion of a MAR for one month.
