6400.68(b)The home's running hot water exceeded 120*F, it was measured at 125.1*F in the bathtub/shower. Hot water temperatures in bathtubs and showers may not exceed 120°F. Prior to inspection, it was discovered the water temp was high. Maintenance did come out and correct the issue. We were told, it would take a few days for the water temp to drop accurately. Although the temperature did drop, it was not low enough during the inspection. The water temperature is now below 120°F 12/16/2021 Implemented
6400.72(a)There was no screen located in bathroom #1 allowing ventilation when the window would be opened. There were no screens in Individual #2's bedroom windows.Windows, including windows in doors, shall be securely screened when windows or doors are open. A maintenance request was submitted to replace the screen in 12/2021 and was resubmitted 2/11/2022. 6400.77(b)The First Aid Kit did not contain a working thermometer. A first aid kit shall contain antiseptic, an assortment of adhesive bandages, sterile gauze pads, a thermometer, tweezers, tape, scissors and syrup of Ipecac, if an individual 4 years of age or younger, or an individual likely to ingest poisons, is served. Thermometers were removed from first aid kits to complete covid temperature screenings for employee and visitors. A separate thermometer was purchased for the first aid kit. First aid tape and antiseptic was also purchased. A section of Bancroft's monthly health and safety checklist the items that the first aid kit shall contain. 12/31/2021 Implemented
