The Individual #1's September 2024 Medication Administration Record, (MAR), indicated Individual #1 has received the medication. Life Sharing Provider #1 did not receive training from a medical professional or a certified trainer, who has been trained by a medical professional, to administer the mediation. | A record of the training shall be kept, including the person trained, the date, source, name of trainer and documentation that the course was successfully completed. | The provider contracted with a registered nurse from the HCQU to provide training in non-oral medications. Three certified medication administration trainers completed this training on October 2, 2024 (Attachment A). Medication administration trainers will train the family living provider to administer non-oral medication no later than October 4th, 2024 (Attachment B). |
