| 6500.152(c) | Individual #1's Individual Support Plan (ISP) states she is unable to manage her own finances. Individual #1 is able to recognize money (coins and bills) and that money is needed to make purchases. She continues to work on using coins and bills to make purchases and to obtain the correct change. Individual #1 states that she feels comfortable using coins and bills when shopping. She tries to give the exact payment, including change. Individual #1 is interested in becoming independent with online banking, use of her debit card and correctly writing out checks. Individual #1's Assessment dated 4/5/24 stated she is able to recognize money. She needs assistance with budgeting, banking, and money handling abilities. Individual #1's ISP and assessment do not match.
