| The Director of Programs is actively collaborating with Merakey's real estate team and safety team to have the furnances at each cited home reinspected as soon as possible. Copies of each inspection will be maintained in the Fire Safety Binder by the Director of Programs.
Moving forward, Merakey's Facilities department will collaborate with the landlord of the homes to ensure that the furnace at each home is inspected annually by a professional furnace cleaning company. Results of the inspection will be provided to the Director of Programs and maintained in the Fire Safety binder. |
