It is the responsibility of the Site Supervisor to ensure discontinued medication is properly removed and disposed of as part of their weekly site visit. The residential staff at this site was also given verbal feedback about the importance of complying with 6400 regulations to assure that all discontinued medication is disposed of in accordance with the Federal and Staff statues and regulations (11.08.21). |
