6400.80(b) | There were multiple areas on the outside of the home where the paint was peeling. | The outside of the building and the yard or grounds shall be well maintained, in good repair and free from unsafe conditions. | Community Living and Learning has been in contact with the landlord of the home. The landlord is waiting until Spring and the appropriate temperature to repaint the outside of the home. If the landlord does not have the home repainted or resided then Community Living and Learning will pursue renting another home for the individuals who reside there currently.[Immediately and continuing at least monthly from the receipt of the plan of correction, CEO or designated staff person will check all community homes to ensure the outside of the building and the yard are well maintained, in good repair and free from unsafe conditions and will coordinate the necessary repairs and up keep.
