6400.103The Emergency Evacuation plans for all homes do not specify individual responsibilities during fire drills.There shall be written emergency evacuation procedures that include individual and staff responsibilities, means of transportation and an emergency shelter location. Licensing review found insufficient clarity in current emergency evacuation plans relative to consumer responsibilities. Following technical guidance on expectations and application in other programs, we have updated our existing policy to reflect a more defined consumer responsibility section. A copy of this policy update is attached as #8. The policy updates have been distributed to IFC staff through our current LMS and posted in CLAs. 6400.144Repeat 10.24.24- Individual # 1 is prescribed Ondansetron ODT 4 mg Tab, PRN but the medication was not in the home during the physical site walk through.Health services, such as medical, nursing, pharmaceutical, dental, dietary and psychological services that are planned or prescribed for the individual shall be arranged for or provided. Order existed for PRN at time of admission from Adult Protective Services but the medication was not provided. It is understood that the medication wasnt provided by pharmacy or family because of prior non-use. However, we did not have current data to support seeking prescriber for recommendation to discontinue. This medication should have been filled and available. This medication has been filled to address the immediate non-compliance. A picture is attached showing the medication now available as #13. 04/03/2025 Implemented
