| 6400.101 | Entry and exit to the room considered the "staff room" was completely obstructed by stored items including racks of clothing, other assorted stored items and a box containing a large screen television. This was in addition to the standard bedroom furniture and a large bed that were in the room. The licensing representative was unable to enter the room to inspect it. The agency corrected this by clearing the blockages and providing pictures of the correction on the date of the inspection. | Stairways, halls, doorways, passageways and exits from rooms and from the building shall be unobstructed.
