| 6400.101 | At 10:34 AM on 5/29/25, the sliding glass exterior door leading from the living room had a block of wood in its track, thus creating a blocking egress. At 10:40 AM, The interior basement door lock leading to the attached garage was equipped with a pinhole access point facing the garage side, requiring a paperclip, bobby pin, or similar object to disengage it. The attached garage does not have an exterior swing door to prevent entrapment. [Repeat Violation-6/17/24 et al] | Stairways, halls, doorways, passageways and exits from rooms and from the building shall be unobstructed.
