This will ensure that all homes are assessed prior to the expiration date of our certificate of compliance. Our compliance manager, will ensure that these assessments are completed. |

Over the past twelve months, every monthly fire drill utilized the front door to exit the home. | Alternate exit routes shall be used during fire drills. | IHRS will continue to provide fire safety training to staff and clients. Monthly drills will be conducted to ensure that evacuation times are being met. Program Specialist will train staff on most efficient evacuation procedures to ensure quick and safe evacuation from the home. This will include using different scenarios and locations for the fire. Program Specialists will monitor that all exits are being used to evacuate. Compliance department will assist in monitoring this. |
