6400.72(a)During the inspection conducted 9/29/2023, there was no screen on the kitchen window and temporary, collapsible screens in Individual #1's bedroom windows.Windows, including windows in doors, shall be securely screened when windows or doors are open. Community Living & Learning contacted the landlord of 1374 Klondyke Avenue about the missing screens. The landlord produced screens for all windows except the kitchen window. Community Living & Learning contacted Stanford's Glass Service in Apollo, PA 15613 to make a screen for the kitchen window. The company took the measurements for the screen on 10/18/23. 6400.101During the inspection conducted 9/29/2023, there was a key lock on the door leading to the garage, with the turn lock on the outside of the door, and no exit from the garage to the outside posing a potential entrapment risk.Stairways, halls, doorways, passageways and exits from rooms and from the building shall be unobstructed.
