The door leading from the basement to the stairs was blocked from opening fully by a coffee table that was positioned against the nearby wall. With the coffee table in this position, the door could only open a bit more than halfway, obstructing this means of egress from the basement. | Stairways, halls, doorways, passageways and exits from rooms and from the building shall be unobstructed.
