| 6400.68(b) | On 1/8/26, at 1:10 PM, the hot water temperature at the bathroom tub in the main hallway measured 145.4 degrees Fahrenheit | Hot water temperatures in bathtubs and showers may not exceed 120°F. | On January 8th, 2026, Maintenance professionals turned down the hot water tank to ensure the temperature does not exceed 120oF. Operations Manager also purchased digital water thermometers that are similar to what the department uses. Maintenance professionals will also be installing a mixing valve on the hot water tank. |
