Individual #1 is not assessed safe with poisons. | Poisonous materials shall be kept locked or made inaccessible to individuals. | Two large locking storage cabinets were installed at the 2223 Park Avenue home to secure all poisonous materials to keep them inaccessible to individuals. All of the poisonous materials were moved to these secure areas. |
