6400.68(b)	On February 20, 2025, at 10:08 AM, the water temperature at the bathtub in the only bathroom in the home measured 129.7 degrees Fahrenheit. [Repeat violation 1/30/24 et al]	Hot water temperatures in bathtubs and showers may not exceed 120°F.	After is was founded that the water temperature measured at 129.7, the Site Supervisor called the property management for maintenance to turn down the hot water tank. The water temperature was taken later in the afternoon 2:15pm and it measured at 124degrees F. The site supervisor called back for it to be lowered and it was take again in the evening 5pm it was measured at 118 degrees F.	02/27/2025	Implemented
