| 6400.101 | On 2/5/25 at 10:14 AM, the attached garage's exterior swing door was by obstructed by a railing running across its entire face and could not be accessed from inside the garage or entered through from the outside. The home's interior door leading from the kitchen to the garage was equipped with a key-keypad code combination lock facing the garage side. Additionally, since the garage's exterior swing door was inaccessible due to obstruction by a railing, an entrapment area or blocked egress existed. | Stairways, halls, doorways, passageways and exits from rooms and from the building shall be unobstructed.
| The railing will be removed from obstructing the garage's exterior swing door.
L'Arche Erie's contracted maintenance company has been made aware of the immediate change that needs to occur.
