| 6400.68(b) | On 9/17/2024 at approximately 10:00 AM, the water temperature measured 127.4°F at the bathtub in the bathroom on the second floor of the home. | Hot water temperatures in bathtubs and showers may not exceed 120°F. | This is a new home however no one lives here yet. The water temperature may have been high due to a lack of usage recently. However, all attempts to maintain a temperature of 120 degrees or below will be met. Upon the discovery of this high temperature, the valve on the hot water tank was lowered by Director of IDD Services on 9/17/25. The water was checked again on 9/18/25 and it was at 117.7 degrees by the Facilities Manager. |
