Landlord and CHRO is in contact with Inclinator to try to resolve this citation. 6400.101At the time of the inspection, the door to the interior stairs that leads to the first floor of the building and that is used as a fire exit was locked, thus causing an obstructed egress.Stairways, halls, doorways, passageways and exits from rooms and from the building shall be unobstructed. This was an oversight by the team. This door is not to be locked ever. The door handle will be replaced with a not locking handle. 03/31/2025 Implemented
