Individual #1 and Individual #2 did have locks on their bedroom doors, however there was no key available for Individual #2's bedroom door and Individual #1's bedroom door had a pin hole or privacy lock that is not acceptable as it does not provide the security of person or possessions as expected by the regulation. Individual #1 and Individual #2 both expressed a desire to have a lock and be able to lock the door.An individual has the right to lock the individual's bedroom door. Locking may be provided by a key, access card, keypad code or other entry mechanism accessible to the individual to permit the individual to lock and unlock the door.The Director of Quality and Compliance failed to ensure appropriate bedroom door locks were in place when Douglas St was licensed in September 2024. Life Sharing Provider purchased locks for both individual¿s bedrooms and they were installed on 11/22/24. The locks are able to be opened with their fingerprint, a fob or code and both gentleman residing in the home have expressed they are happy with them. 11/22/2024 Implemented
