An operable smoke detector was added to the attic at this location during our inspection. Managers will be re-trained on the Fire Drill Record form specific to the monthly checks of all smoke detectors, including those in the attic. Training will also include a review of the Fire Drill Record form and the electronic fire drill submission and tracking process. Managers will submit all completed fire drills, including those completed on the overnight shift, on the electronic Fire Drill Record form which is submitted electronically via our SharePoint tracking system.
