At the time of the inspection there was a water bottle under that kitchen sink which contained a blue liquid which appeared to be dish soap. | Poisonous materials shall be stored in their original, labeled containers. | Agency Staff removed the container left by the home organization association that was not in compliance with regulations to insure that all items are in original containers. The Residential Director provided trainings to staff to insure that all items in the home are maintained properly, in this and all other agency locations. |
