| A fire drill was conducted on September 10, 2013 to correct the incomplete fire drill that was conducted on 03/25/2013. The September 10, 2013 fire drill was conducted successfully with all the following: Fire alarm was activated by Lynda Keefer. Time it took for evacuation was 2 minutes and 50 seconds to the outside door and 3minutes and 03 seconds to the designated area. The exit used was the front/ Main entrance. Fire alarm was operating without a problem. Overall, the fire drill was done without any issues or incidents and was successful. The Assisted Chief, Nathan Turner, of Fair Oaks fire Department was present during this fire drill. He conducted a thorough inspection of this Watson house, 18 Watson St Sewickley, pa 15143. He increased the evacuation time from 2:30 minutes to 3:30 minutes for this house and sent us a letter to keep on file. In addition, all program coordinators will be in-serviced on how to conduct a successful fire drill including documentation of the Date, time, amount of time it took for evacuation, exit route used, problems encountered, and whether the fire alarm or smoke detector was operative. Furthermore, the program coordinator manager will be monitoring every fire drill monthly in order to prevent reoccurrence in the future. |

If fire drills exceed 2 and one half minutes, the home will either obtain a higher maximum safe evacuation time based on physical characteristics of the building or provide additional staff in addition to the above increase so that evacuation can occur within the required timeframe.
