| 6500.101 | On 10/16/25 at 11:04am, in the basement of the home, there was a door leading to a connected garage. The garage did not have a man door that could be used as an exit. The door leading to the garage had a slide locking mechanism that could not be released from inside the garage causing a possible entrapment risk. | Stairways, halls, doorways and exits from rooms and from the home shall be unobstructed. | Although this violation was, in our belief, cited in error as the slide locking mechanism did not have a receiving component, therefore rendering it non-operable, the Lifesharing Provider Home removed the sliding piece from the doorway. |
