| The home had renovations completed and the contractor removed the ventilation fan and covered it with ceiling tile. However, the fan was never taken out.
Pursuant to violation 6400.65. AIMED immediately had the bathroom ventilation fan reinstalled the same day and emailed the photo to the license inspector. |
