| 6400.32(m) | On 6/25/25 at 10:00AM, the mailbox outside of the home was locked and unable to be opened. Interviews revealed that the staff have to unlock the mailbox for Individual #1 or Individual #2 to access their mail. | An individual has the right to unrestricted access to send and receive mail and other forms of communications, unopened and unread by others, including the right to share contact information with whom the individual chooses. | The home has always had a lock on the mailbox. AIMED was only notified this year that a lock on the mailbox is considered restrictive.
Pursuant to violation 6400.32. AIMED immediately had the mailbox replaced the same day and emailed the photto the license inspector. |
