Staff was observed January and July of 2020 but no current certification occurred. | A record of the training shall be kept, including the person trained, the date, source, name of trainer and documentation that the course was successfully completed. | A recertification was completed for the Direct Care Worker. This was caused by a misunderstanding regarding the sequence of the the recertification process which was explained by the ODP rep during audit. The sequence has been clarified and the agency will adhere to this process going forward |
