| 6400.68(b) | Water temperature measured in the home at 131.5 degrees F. | Hot water temperatures in bathtubs and showers may not exceed 120°F. | Immediate Action: Program Director sent request to Ops reporting area of non compliance needing repair. Ops immediately went to the home and adjusted the water heater temperature. Ops went back the next day and the hot water temp was within normal range. Please see attachment 10. |
