In addition, staff will check periodically throughout the day to ensure cloth and/or paper towels are available in bathrooms at the community home. [Within one month or receipt of the plan of correction, the directors of all community homes will train all staff working in community homes of required items that are to be in each bathroom and the process of the ensuring all items are present including the storage, monitoring, replenishment and purchase of required items.
