| 6400.68(b) | On 1/15/24 at 1:01PM the hot water temperature at the bathtub in the second-floor bathroom measured 134.6 degrees Fahrenheit. | Hot water temperatures in bathtubs and showers may not exceed 120°F. | Quick Care Homes [CFO] adjusted the water hot water tank to reflect temperatures to not exceed 120 degrees Fahrenheit for hot water faucets, sinks, and tubs. QCH staff [ Human Resources] will train staff on water temperatures according to the Chapter 6400 Regulation to protect the individuals from potential burns once an individual occupies the site. (Site is currently vacant) [Water temperature check documentation demonstrating measurement occurring twice per day from 3/17/25 through and including 5/20/25 was received on 5/20/25 and reviewed 5/29/25.
