On 5/3/18 the Associate Director conducted training with Residential Managers and Program Specialists in ensuring that screens, windows and doors shall be in a good state of repair. The Residential Manager will submit a maintenance request if any screen, window and door is found to be in a state of disrepair. Program Specialists, during site visits, will document in their reports if any screens, windows and doors are in need of repair. The Program Specialist will notify the Facilities Manager of needed repairs via a maintenance request. Facilities Manager will inspect screens, windows and door, and will determine whether repairs or replacements are needed. The facilities manager will ensure that repairs/replacements are completed in a timely manner and as needed. |

On 5/3/18 the Associate Director conducted training with Residential Managers and Program Specialists in ensuring that furniture and equipment are non-hazardous, clean and in good state of repair. Residential Manager will immediately report to the Program Specialist of any equipment, furniture that is in a state of disrepair. The Program Specialists, during site visits will record in their reports any furniture/equipment that need to be repaired or replaced. Program Specialists will notify the Facilities Manager of needed repairs via a maintenance request. Facilities Manager will inspect the equipment/furniture and will determine whether equipment/furniture needs to be repaired or replaced. If replacement is needed, a purchase order will be submitted by the Residential Manager and the furniture/equipment will be replaced. If repairs are needed the Facilities Manager will ensure that they are completed in a timely manner. |
