Tdap booster shots are recommended by the Unites States Public Health Service, Center for Disease Control every 10 years. | The physical examination shall include: Immunizations for individuals 18 years of age or older as recommended by the United States Public Health Service, Centers for Disease Control, Atlanta, Georgia 30333. | Quick Care Homes (Program Specialist) scheduled Individual #1, to get his Tdap Booster, from their PCP on 1/29/2025. However, when Individual #1 went to the appointment, to receive the Tdap Booster, they refused, at the doctor's office. They continued into a behavior that required a 6-day psychiatric stay, at St. Vincent Hospital. Upon discharge a team meeting was held, and Individual #1 agreed to get the Tdap, which is scheduled for 3/5/25.
