exceed 120 degrees Fahrenheit for hot water faucets, sinks, and tubs. QCH staff [ Human Resources] will retrain staff on water temperatures according to the Chapter 6400 Regulation to protect the individuals from potential burns. [Water temperature check documentation demonstrating measurement occurring twice per day from 3/17/25 through and including 5/20/25 was received on 5/20/25 and reviewed 5/29/25.
