1.A Light was placed on 9-19-24
2. All staff will be trained on regulation 6400.66 and sign off by 12-31-24
3. A Manager will inspect all homes on a weekly basis to ensure compliance of this regulation and sign off that the home was inspected for this regulation.
4.All other homes were checked and found to be compliant with this regulation |
