When awake, ambulating in his bedroom staff will be within arm's length. When Individual #1 is in the restroom showering, staff will be within arm's length. While eating, staff will be within arm's length due to risk of choking. When Individuals #1 goes upstairs, staff will follow behind him. When going downstairs, staff will be in front of him. When individual #1 is at baseline and seated, he will be within visual range across all environments (home, CPS, community).
