| 6400.70 | On 3/11/2026 the phone was powered on and contained emergency numbers; however, the battery was low and was not operable at the time of the inspection. Program Specialist #1 stated that upon entering the home the phone was not plugged in with the power source and they had just plugged it in. It is unknown how long the phone was inoperable. | A home shall have an operable, noncoin-operated telephone with an outside line that is easily accessible to individuals and staff persons.
| Verizon completed troubleshooting to identify the issue with the telephone line and the telephone is now fully operable. |
