On 8/7/2024 at 11:21am, Individual #1's bedroom door was observed with chipped paint and wood near the doorknob on the hallway side of the door. On 8/7/2024 at 11:19am, The screen in Individual #2's bedroom window, overlooking the driveway, was observed with an approximately 2-inch tear at the top of the screen. On 8/7/2024 at 11:19am, the window in Individual #2's bedroom, overlooking the backyard, was observed with the lower windowpane broken out. The window had been fixed by duct taping a piece of plexiglass over the opening. On 8/7/2024 at 11:23am, the attic door, located in the staff office, was observed with a broken doorknob. The portion of the doorknob on the attic side of the door was missing and the handle on the office side became dislodged when Incident Manager #1 attempted to open the door.
