The Home Manager of this home was re-trained on the expectation that all food is stored separately from all poisons. All CLA Home Managers and Program Managers/Program Coordinators and direct care staff were re-trained on 7/20/15 of the expectation that all food is stored separately from all poisons. The Program Manager/Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring food is stored separate from poisons. The program coordinator will conduct monthly inspections of the home to ensure that poisonous materials are kept separate from food at all times, starting within 30 days of receipt of this plan of correction.
